Our Mission
Welcome to North Bay Stenographers.
Kelly Lopez, CSR 7785, and Rene Markarian, CSR 5606, have established North Bay Stenographers, a local, reporter owned and operated full-service court reporting agency.
We want to provide attorneys an alternative to the large national firms that are taking hold in the industry.
North Bay Stenographers will provide top-notch services, including all essential requirements when taking depositions, such as document copying, videography, telephonic depositions and Zoom. Electronic transcripts, condensed and keyword indexes are available. Our rates are reasonable compared to national firms and competitive with local firms. There will not be excessive charges or hidden fees. We have conference rooms to accommodate social distancing.
As well as serving Sonoma County, North Bay Stenographers will cover San Francisco, Marin, Contra Costa, Alameda, Mendocino and Lake counties. Other locations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

What We Do
Transcript Production
We offer electronic or physical transcript production with a 10 business day turnaround.
Deposition Suites
Includes free WiFi, coffee, snacks, onsite copying, and other amenities to make your experience as stress free as possible.
Remote Services
